This company was hired by our business in Oct of 2010. We provide a credit card for them at that time to begin service for wireless internet to our business and home. After months of trying to make their system work and months of trying to get their tech support team to respond to our calls and emails they finally quit and said they couldn't make it work and they don't know why. They told us to send the equipment back which we did but they refuse to refund the money that was billed on our card which totals 959.00 of continually monthly fees for service not provided. When asked for our refund we were ignored by every person we had contact with except for the VP of finance who basically told us that they were not going to refund any money because they spent a lot of time trying to make it work and they feel like that was compensation for that.
