The service was HORRIBLE... The guys get and first complaint this will take more than 2hrs. Did not have experience, took a 5min break each time they would take something to the truck. DID not wrap furniture, drop furniture. Chipped entertainment unit, ripped leather office chair. Complained about their weight too big to be moving furniture. WHYARE THEY HERE!!!!!! Did not want to unhook and rehook washier and dryer and this was suppose to be part of the services. Guy did not unhook dryer hose and told me to let the air blow with out it in my apartment. WHAT!!!!

The guy said to file a claim, that a representative from Accent movers would contact me. Well they have not I had to contact them and was given different information.. Let's see if this works....

POOR SERVICE!!! I would never use or recommend their services... EVER!!!

Why would someone want a discount on their next move when the last one was so horrible. It sounds like this is how you try to resolve this situation: give a discount you know will never be used and pretend the damages don't matter.
I would never do business with a company like yours.

My name is Melissa and I believe I am the one that has worked with this consumer during her move. I tried to resolve this issue with the consumer but she did not want me to help. I offered a discount on her next move, as well as letting her know how the movers no longer work here. We did not know these movers were not doing there job until she told us. Almost all of our business comes from repeat business and referrals, so thats why its so important to me to try to resolve these issues.
