I, Wanda Taylor (wanda1058@att.net), just discovered that my son, Alvin P. Williams, who is hearing impaired who resides at (((REDACTED))) Stone Mountain, Georgia (((REDACTED))) took out a pay day loan  from Access Cash Solutions LLC, 9750 Ormsby Station Rd, Louisville, KY 40223, 1-502-425-9940, in which he was given $350.00. My son, who is not educated and functions mentally at a 4th grade level, did not understand the implications of having done that. He wasn't aware that he would have to pay 'triple' the amount he borrowed at 182% interest which is 'highway robbery' (extortion). I am going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau as they should not be allowed to take advantage of people like this.

If they charge all of their clients that much interest, they will enrich themselves and put unsuspecting/naïve individuals such as my son who did not understand the consequences of his actions and who is uneducated in 'dire straits.'  My son is not employed and he can't afford to have this kind of money taken from him as they have it set up where they have access to his account and draft money from his account every month. He's only receiving Social Security Income (SSI) which is not enough money to sustain him let alone have money drafted from his account by them every month. They informed Alvin that he will make his last payment of ninety something dollars in August, in which the total amount he would  have paid on a $350.00 loan a whopping $2,100.00. Up to this point, they have already recouped more than what they're entitled to recoup on the $350.00 they loaned him (an estimate of $1720.00 to be exact).

Therefore, they should immediately stop taking money from his account and reimburse him a portion of the money they have taken from him 'fraudulently' or under 'false pretenses' as again he wasn't aware that he would have to paying this amount back and being that he's hearing impaired and limited education (not understanding that he's being charged such high interest), I don't care how much I try to explain to him what they're doing, he just can't grasp the whole concept of their actions. Therefore, as I mentioned earlier, I will be submitting this information to the Better Business Bureau so they can be held responsible for their actions and rightly put out of business as they should not be allowed to take advantage of people like they're doing. We are going to give them the opportunity to make restitution before I do this. If we do not get restitution, we will be submitting a claim on this company.
