I went to access security company because a friend of mine just started working there referred me to them. When I got there I spoke to Mr. Davis and he seemed OK, the pay sounded good 15 an hour so I put a down payment for the training which is 100 dollars I was told to bring.
He asked me when I could pay the rest I told him next Friday and he asked if I could bring 64 in on Saturday then go to the training. I came in on Saturday and the boss was there I explained what Mr. Davis said and he told me he wouldn't except that, so I kindly asked for a refund of my money and was told that it was non refundable, even though it said on the contract it was within 7 days.
After a few minutes we finally came to an agreement. I called me friend and explained to her what happened and she was really angry about it so.I decided to go back and get all my money; before I went in I turned on my recorder on my phone just in case.
Him and his employee both argued with my as I defended myself, I asked for my money back and was told I would only get the 69 o just payed even though the receipt stated I payed 169.
The owner (Joseph Sositia the tall light skinned Spanish guy) was a grade a a*s hole, he told me either I take the 69 or take him to court; it took ever once of strength to hold background from knocking his head off.
I told him I would call the cops and once I did he got even more upset and told his employee not to refund me at all no matter what it said on the contract. What type of business is this? The cops wouldn't even help and the funny thing is when they arrived the reacted by saying " this d**n security company again" they told me this guy is shady and I would have to go to court.
I am pissed I have to deal with this just to get MY money back and wasted 7 hours in NY. Luckily I recorded everything that was said from start to finish and will be presenting it in court, I'm gonna make him pay for messing with me.
If anyone reads this and knows about this shady company then please spread the word so that we can take this scum bag down together, he will not get away with what he's done and I will have my justice.
