Complaint Review: Access Limousine/ Ace Transportation And Tours

Spoke with Kevin from this company and made a reservation for a wedding party. They dropped the reservation without an explanation and when we rebooked two days before the weeding they tacked on an additional $60 for "travel time". When the driver arrived he added over $100 on top of all the charges and refused to drive until we signed the credit card receipt. The entire company was uncooperative and fought me all the way but I eventually won by challenging the charge with my credit card company.
Do not use this company, they're horrible!! You're better off driving yourself or walking.
