Complaint Review: ACCESS VAN LINES Daniel Birau Dan Green

Our original moving date was set for June 22nd. When no one arrived, we contacted company and were told that a truck was not sent because of rain. No notification was made to us regarding this change. The associate (Ariel) then promised to reschedule for 6 AM the following day, June 23rd, 2003. Again, no one showed up and no explanation was provided for this unacceptable conduct.

They secured a $500 deposit from us which has not been returned despite multiple phone calls and promises to do so.
