Received email regarding vehicle service extended warranty claiming to be 60% below dealer prices. I contacted them to inquire about plans, years and mileages, covered items and pricing.

They do not give information over the computer as an email response, all information is via the telephone. I did not have immediate access at the time of the telephone call to my computer to look up the various plans and coverred items. I looked it up later and compared it to the coverage offered by my Toyota dealer.

There coverages were not as good and cost considerably more than the Toyota policy. When explaining this to John Smaldino the sales representative, he starting saying things about the Toyota policy that were not true, then got extremely pushy and demanding on thje telephone.

I finally had to end the conversation. End result, my a policy for your dealer to get a better price, warranty and coverage.
