Complaint Review: Accessible PC Solutions

I called Accessible PC Solutions (they advertise in the yellow pages as A-Accessible PC Solutions) for computer repair. Richard spent about 20 mintues to remove a virus. They quoted me around $50/hour on the phone. He told me that it would be $95 bacause it's a one hour minimun and he installed new software to prevent future problems. He said he would give me a discount if I paid in cash ($5 off). I paid $90 in cash. One hour later I had the same virus. I called Sarah his wife and she said Richard could come back out next week, but I would have to pay again. I asked if perhaps they could give me a discount since they were just here (same day) and I still had the problem. She told me to call someone else and hung up. DON'T EVER USE A-ACCESSIBLE PC SOLUTIONS OR ACCESSIBLE PC SOLUTIONS IN LAS VEGAS!!!
