I ordered digital camera - great bargain. I refused to order accessories; ie, batteries. Two weeks later I was told it was backordered.
It continued to be backordered although sales told me the model was in stock.
When I confronted customer service (six weeks after original order) I was told I had ordered a refurbished camera.
They were rude and unpleasant on the telephone, hanging up abruptly. I spoke with them approximately 4 times. I never received a confirmation order via e-mail as promised
