Ordered makeup kit and otter box for phone on December 1, 2014. Company is showing items shipped December 5, 2014. Order cannot be tracked by the tracking number they provided and the order has not been received as of December 16, 2014. Called the phone number listed for them and it says not to leave message that this number is for wholesalers only. Contacted them on the web site and have had no response. Notifying my credit card company that this is a fraud and refusing to pay for items.
