ordered an a/c adaptor for a digital camera (thru ebay)
from accessory genie.did not fit camera.
7 e-mail attempts,2 phone calls to resolve,they refuse to
give refund /or exchange, insisting it will fit,even though
my camera model # is not listed on the box fitment guide.

So i could not figure out where to start when my camera stopped working. I called Accessory Genie toll free. Someone from there staff helped me find the battery i needed. They were able to tell me which battery it took by the model of my camera. I almost bought a new camera! Thank You Accessory Genie! You saved me a lot of trouble! Will shop again!

Before my backpacking trip I had purchased a spare ac adapter and battery for my digital camera. I saved money by buying from them Accessory Genie instead of Canon. My order was shipped immediately and the products have been 100% reliable for my camera. Their prices for all their products seem very reasonable and are of high quality. I would definitely shop with them again...
