Accessory Overstocks Took my money, never sent my order. New York

I ordered a card game for my son on December 14th 2017, they of course processed my payment immediately that day. According to them they shipped it out on December 20th 2017, however I still haven't received my order. And when I go to check their website, it said account suspended. So I checked the emails they sent on the day I ordered, got the phone number & called. But they aren't accepting calls at this time, imagine that. I messaged them at the end of December, on their site, never received a response. So basically they got $23.74 from a struggling family for nothing. I'm unbelievably angry at this situation.
