I ordered two items for a Christmas gift online, two costume jewelry pins totaling $6.69 plus $6.50 shipping. Items were presented as instock items. My credit card gets charged.

36 days later my package was postmarked, first class, with a postal cost of $1.06 )the balance of $5.44 must be some sort of unmentioned handling fee). The package contained only one pin, a catalogue and a packing slip.

The packing slip listed both of my items. The second item had my quantity changed in pen from "1" to "out". The packing slip then stated that I had ordered an item stated on the website DO NOT ORDER or TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK. (This was not true).

The packing slip stated that I have been given a STORE CREDIT to use within 60 days of my original order, but will not include future shipping amounts. Also noted, "we do not offer PHONE support for online orders!" an email contact of customerservice -at-acesstoaccessories.com is also listed.

I tried emailing for service and never received a reply. I tried phoning but there has never been a reply or human answer.

I was charged 350% higher than advertised for my item.
