Complaint Review: Accident Solutions

I was contacted by one of their sales rep. His pitch was that they would refer 6 new personal injury cases that were unattached. That means that the personal injury patient would not have chosen an attorney yet and that we could provide the patient with a personal injury attorney. The fee for thei program was $2500 per month. If the minimum number of new cases were not produced then we would recveive their services until they were able to match their quota. Seemed like a pretty good opportunity. Heck no. New cases were far and few between. One month,

we received no new cases and then they sent me bottom of the barrel work comp cases, even though this is not what I asked for and we never  got paid on any of the work comp cases. Then I met with Anne Gelvin and she explained to me that her sales rep was not supposed to offer this deal and that it did not follow legal guidelines. I paid for a few more months, never received 6 cases per month. And then I stopped my membership. I asked for a refund and Anne Gelvin specificaly told me that they were going to sue me for breech of contract. Really, you lie to me and then you don't deliver and then you want to sue me for stopping payments. Do not hire these people, they lie to your face, make promises and then don't deliver. It was a bait and switch, Blame the sales rep, give him a slap on the wrist.

The crazy thing was that they used me as a reference and a doctor from the midwest called me and asked me my opinion of Anne Gelvin's services. I told him the truth and then I received a text and email from Anne stating that she was going to sue me again for deformation.  So now I'm not allowed to provide an unsuspecting potential consumer about the truth.
