Accor / Motel 6 Rude manager, apathetic franchisee, spineless COO, fruitcake CEO Evry & Paris Internet
The hospitality industry has a tool that some hotel/motel managers use to rightfully keep felons & tortfeasors at bay.
Seaside, Oregon, Motel 6 owner/manager, Lee Judson, applied it to my disabled, senior citizen wife and me in retaliation because I called corporate and simply asked if I couldn't get a discount because I was assigned a substandard room.
Franchisee, John Wolf, will not intercede on our behalf even tho' we've stayed there for over a decade with no problems watsoever.
Motel 6 corporate, Accor North America, COO Georges LeMener, says occasionally they are unable to resolve a situation as a customer would like...and this appears to be one of those instances.
Well, I think it's outrageous abuse of authority on Judson's part, spineless mismanagement on Accor's part and since Wolf & Judson are related, their response would be expected.
And us? Our character is being defamed all over the place as Judson threatens to inform others in the hospitality industry of - whatever.
