Traking no. A2392009 

On Aug 16th 2013, I gave my account and personal information to 'accountgear.com' including how I want to get paid.

After 11 days, on Aug 27th, they changed my ID and password on my account then they sent me an email asking about my personal information such as full name, address, DOB, phone number and how I want to get paid which was all provided in the first place when I was filling the information they requsted. It was weird but I gave them what they asked again. Email was from 'Mary Fowler' one of their submission support agent.

It's been 2 months from the date I received their email asking about my information and after numerous emails and mutiple tries to contact them via their so-called '24/7' live chat, I havn't got the payment yet nor even one proper response. Instead, they've sent couple of automated confirmation emails saying that they've got my email response.

They follow none of their words from the description on their website. 100% satisfaction guaranteed? I doubt they even have a customer service. They kept asking me to be patient till an agent contacts me back which I've never got one for 2 months. I think I HAVE been patient. If they ever contact me in the future just because they find out this report saying I am not allowded to file any report or some b*******. I would tell them that they should'nt have lied to their customers in the first place.

I've found some reports have been resolved with accountgear.com but that would be probably after they found out the complaints from this website.. hell I can't even trust them saying its resolved.
