I called account now to change my address and request a new card twice to no avail and on the day following i found that theycancelled my card and left me withn out funds to get medication! I am terminally ill and on limited funds due to my illness i called Mrs Flocker the supervisor over customer service and she never called me back nor did anyone else. I have since reported this problem to the BBB and wrote a letter to account now as well.
