These individuals are nothing more than thieving fear mongers!  They are from India, using very American names ie:  Glen Foster, Ryan (like we dont' know they're lying).  They call themselves officers.  Demanding payment for some payday loan, and they refuse to give any specifics, such as the name of the company or website the alleged  payday loan came from, the date you supposedly received it, and what bank it went to.  All they say is "you know what we're talking about" in very broken english.

Then they proceed to tell you, if you don't set up payments, that they will send the police to your home or place of employment to arrest you.  I will admit, I have had online payday loans, but I have repaid all of them.  They scared me to death, they refused to give up, so I set up a payment program, gave them a debit card # only, and they took out 2 of the payments, then i saw a fraudulent amount in my account, I immediately called the company it came from, and they said the transaction came from an email address of ryancruz@gmail.com.  The only Ryan that would have any debit card info was the Ryan I spoke with at the following#'s:  206-350-1350 & 201-234-4209.  I cancelled my card immediately, and my bank is recovering the 2 payments they took out.  The third payment was to be taken out on this past Friday, and another thing i thought was weird, is that they call you the day the payment is due, to make sure the funds are available. I've never had any other company do that, they just go ahead and take the payment, no calls required.
To date: Friday they called my cell 13 times, and continue to call at least twice a day and leave messages.  I will not take their calls.  I hope this helps.

Answer the phone . Then tell the caller that a very strong death curse has been put on him. Tell him since he called 13 times the curse has gotten really strong and he will die a horrible death within a week . If he wants it removed it will cost him over 800million dollars and he will have 1 hour to come up with the money. Imform him if he is 1 minuite late the curse will be passed down to the youngest family member .
Or you can tell him since he called 13 times on Friday the curse will affect all family members

Never give any debt collectors your bank account #'s
Debt collectors have zero legal power over you.

Dealing with foreign-based debt collectors can be tough as they feel that they can violate US laws and standards regarding debt collection practices.
There's probably only one way to deal with them that might work:

If they keep calling, read the following statement to them:

Be advised that this call is being recorded. If you do not consent to being recorded, you need to terminate this call. Continuation of this phone call after officially being informed that it is being recorded implies consent to be recorded. This recording will be used to pursue Fair Debt Collection Practice Act violations in a court of law.
