I went to sears with family and was askead if had interest of sears mastercard,i accepted the offer,at same moment accepted the account proteciton program. Had an injury, a year before getting the card,i continued to work for a few months,untill Dr, decided to take me off work and got dissabled for 1 year.Now im told i dont qualify for benefits bacose i didnt make a claim before a year.Their mistake,i did call 6 months after getting dissabled and they give me same answer I didnt qualify.Now i want to claim my rigths.
