Complaint Review: AccountGear/Belrion Accounts

I recently placed an order for an account to a game, via the website located at belrionaccounts.com. I wish I had seen the other post by an individual about these sites before I had done it!

I waited a full 24 hours and some more to recieve an account ID and password from this company, which in the emails was called AccountGear.com not belrionaccounts as I had been to before. Reguardless, I tried to log into the game with this information, and it came up invalid. Go figure... So I contacted the company's "Live Help" And the first person was very rude, and told me there was nothing she could do. The second person told me that she would bring it up with the accounts dept. and that I should hear from them within a few days. Needless to say, I haven't heard back anything.

I would appreciate atleast my money back if they can not find out why this account wasn't working, or offer me a replacement. This is starting to be ridiculous.
