Accounts Receivable Funding Corporation Worst Experience Ever - Do not Use their services, you'll be strongly dissapointed Houston, Texas
I contacted Accounts Receivable Funding Corporation on August 30, 2011. I spoke to Shelly Rozen and he made everything sound great. He promised me I was going to be able to factor everything within 48 hours. Not true! Almost two weeks later, I was able to factor with them some of my invoices and three days later one of the checks they gave me bounced back with NO FUNDS, very disappointing.
Since the check they gave me for my invoices bounced, I deposit some of the checks my customers sent to me to compensate the loss. I spoke to Ira Rozen, Executive Vice President from Accounts Receivable Corporation and he told me that he was going to re-send the check and I could send them a check for the amount I deposited it. I waited for a week the check never came.
Now theyre sending letters to my customers making them repaid for those invoices they bought from me with a bounced check.
I have attempted to come up with an agreement with Accounts Receivable Funding Corporation, but they are ignoring my calls and do no give me a straight answer. I have requested more than 5 times to Jhoana, one of their accounts executives, to send me a report showing what invoices they have been paid and I have never received it yet (it has been at least a week requesting it).
I have re-deposited the check they bounced, hoping this time has funds.
I highly regret doing business with this company and I strongly advise you, the small business owner, to stay away from them. They will only bring you trouble!
Now my customers are very upset for all the threatening calls, letters they are receiving from this companyIt took us years to get those commercial accounts, and in a matter of weeks, Accounts Receivable Funding Corporation has put in jeopardy our business relationship with them.
