STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! These are absolute bottom-feeder low lives, typical USED car-lot slime balls with non-existent integrity and even worse business sense. Do not deal with them- AVOID at all costs. They STOLE our money and after refusing to rectify the situation, their king dirtbag John D. verbally abused me. We will get our money back and the Better Business Bureau already got an earful about Accredited Motorcars' CRIMINAL business practices!

It turns out they already have an "F" rating with the BBB. HA!!! No surprise there!!

Here's the background:

We called this pathetic used car sales lot and verbally placed a deposit on a vehicle we were interested in purchasing. We confirmed multiple times that this was refundable prior to completion of the over-the-phone credit card authorization processing.

The sales-slime, John, assured us there was no obligation to purchase the car, and that the deposit would be promptly refunded if we changed our minds. We ended up deciding against the purchase.(BEST decision EVER).My husband called the company within 3 days to notify the salesman of this decision and to request a refund of thedeposit to our bank card. The sales-slime, John (the goomba wanna-be who lost the sale), was disgruntled and pissed off that we changed our mind, and the crybaby hung up on my husband!

I followed up with 2 calls within the next week, and was told each time that I needed to speak with the original crook, who seemed to never be available.(Must have been bilking $ from other innocent customers).

Again, I called back and I expressed my growing concern, which was met with rude treatment by one of the despicable staff members. (Shocking, right?)The really greasy sounding scumbaginformed me that John D. (I think his last name is "d****ebag" in Italian) would return my call. Naturally, he failed to call.I again called to request our rightfully owed refund. I told him that he was employing unacceptable business practices and that we had been owed a refund for over two weeks and it was clear we were getting the "run around."

John the loathsome beast essentially made a pathetic attempt to threaten us..WHAT A JOKE.. and then launched a verbal attack on me, calling me several expletives. I could not stifle my laughter at his repugnant behavior. He probably went home and kicked around his illegitimate grandchildren afterward. Be careful, you might stroke out, Johnny boy!

All we were asking for was our refund. There was no reason whatsoever that this could not be accommodated. Naturally, we will get our money back, but not before I expose these revolting morons for the thieves that they aspire to be.

This is not a reputable company. They are absolute crooks with despicable service and CRIMINAL behavior. I have never been treated so poorly by ANYONE and these criminals should not be allowed to continue to prey on customers who decide against purchasing one of their piece of crap cars. I can only imagine the horror that is endured by the customers who do purchase from them.

I am relieved we did not end up completing a sale, and I was absolutely compelled to lodge a formal complaint against this AWFUL merchant. I will not hesitate to take legal action against them if this is drawn out beyond this week.

I would advise EVERYONE to steer clear of these swamp rats, and deal only with a reputable business with positive reviews and a respectable BBB rating!

I was looking for a particular vehicle and we found it at Accredited Motorcars in Little Falls, Nj.

I spoke with John and told him that I wanted that car, unfortunately he tells me that it is getting ready to be sent to  a dealer. He did something he didn't have to do, he offered to hold the vehicle for me. I gave him a deposit over the phone. He explained to me how to speak to the insurance company and get all the paper work in order for me to drive the car off the lot that evening.

I arrived with the money, he had the car and it was completely professional, no gimmicks, no stories, no promises that he did not deliver on. They already had all the paper work completed and we were in and out and the vehicle is everything he said that it was/described. I hope to do business with Accredited Motorcars for my next vehicle purchase.

There was one thing that I did catch and that was not until after I had gotten home. I noticed that the deposit that I gave them did not show on the bill of sale. So I ended up paying more for the vehicle that I was supposed to pay. I called Accredited Motorcars and did not get an answer. That was because they did not open until 9, which I did not know. John called me back before 9. I explained to him what I found and he knew that and they had already discovered the error and credited me back the deposit amount. You can't ask for better business than that.
