Accucom Corporation Inteligator Continued charging credit card after cancellation and cancellation email received from said company Boston Massachusetts Internet

After cancelling Inteligator on 10/7/2013 and receiving email stating cancellation from them on same day, they continued to charge my card for 27 more payments.

When this was found out I called their 3rd party billing outfit and they had refunded me the last 3 payments of 19.95 and opened support tickets for the remaining 24 with Intelligator for them to give authorization for refund. 

After no communication from Inteligator I opened a support ticket with them referencing the above information.

The response given to me was "We are unable to refund purchases from four months ago".....

I plan on pressing suit against the Corporation of Accucom and its CEO Levon Gasparian if I don't get this resolved.

 

This is deceptive and illegal practice on their part for not honoring the cancellation.
