I ented into two separate contracts with AccuPros to have them design and develop an ecommerce website on March 12, 2008. Now, after 5 months of I have little to show from it. I paid 1/2 down upfront with 1/2 due at the end of the service. They avoid my calls and do not respond to my emails. After finally being able to contact Ajay Khatri to ask about final deliver and going live, he demonstrates that he doesn't really know what is going on by stating that I didn't order a drop ship feature as part of the service, even though it is included in the contract.

I then receive a call from Rajiv Khatri immediately after that and Rajiv informs me that they are not going to continue with their work and that I don't "Owe them anything" and that they are going to "Send me the coding that they have so far". Well, it has been 2 weeks since then, and I still haven't received the coding so that the newly hired developer can proceed to complete the work. It appears that I will have to start from scratch. In essence, I have paid Accu-"NOT"-Pros for nothing and have lost valuable time. As far as I am concerned, if you are thinking about hiring AccuPros or any company that Rajiv Khatri and his brother Ajay Khatri is involved with, you would get more satisfaction out of burning your money.

Jamison Carson refused to pay for design changes outside of work scope

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, August 19, 2008

AccuPros has worked on many websites and has a successful track record with clients. We have a large list of references who would highly recommend our company.

Before ratifying the initial contract for Jamison Carson's website, we went through entire work scope to confirm all the items he wanted included. Just like a homeowner making design changes to a home after construction has started, Jamison would make various changes to the website which caused many delays and increased costs. We would submit a Change Order Request for the various items that were outside of the scope, however, Jamison would yell and argue that he should not have to pay extra. Our company does not function in that manner. Still, we went ahead and did some of the changes free of charge.

The changes started to come more frequently and it came to a point where we told Jamison that we are no longer working with him and will send the website files and database source code to him in order to have another company finish the work. We sent the files and DB and after we did everything we said we would do, he decided to submit a ripoff report.

Jamison Carson was and is a very difficult customer to work with and has very little understanding of how website development process works. Good luck to anyone who has to work with him.
