When you talk to the sales rep you will be told that the program is 59. to sign up but that is refundable within 5 days.  The credit repair will cost anywhere from $100-$500.

Anytime I called the number to my consultants office I always got voicemail.  He only calls you back if he thinks he is making a sale.  All his emails go unanswered.  His explanation for that is he has 50 consumers daily.

Matthew Horak,my consultant, told me the cost of the repair would be $971.00.  I told him I wished to cancel and he was ok with that but stated there are no refunds.

The sales agent assured me I could get a refund if I was not satisfied.

I have sent numerous emails, made phone calls that no one will answer, so i finally did a charge back at the bank.

Also, I was told if my credit was repaired with them they expect to finance something for me thru their company, imc.

These folks are scammers.  They have a F rating with BBB.  If I had had the correct name for them I would have known this before I gave them money but if you try to find information under the name of Accurise you will not find anything.  They have plenty to hide.

this so called melissa is also the one that does their online chat.  this company has a lot to hide.  i never worked for them, i made the mistake of giving them money that i have disputed with my bank.  any company that has to work under 3 different names and constantly move their office is indeed a scam.  she wants to say no one by the name of matthew horak works there?  well then they must be using fake names or he got smart and quit.  dont believe anything that is told to you by anyone at any of one of their 3 name company.

As soon as I found out I was scammed I filed for refund with the company before any report would be delivered. I called my credit card issuer to file dispute, filed complaint at BBB (Accurise, which in retrospect I should have filed against IMC Capital wherein the rating is B+ but same Dean Cox), filed complaint at FTC, and a report on here (not posted yet). 

I was not looking for credit repair, I know my credit issues are long term because they are tax liens. I called IMC Capital from a email I received when shopping for home loans. Ironically, they used Equifax Mortgage Match. I checked out IMC Capital on BBB before calling; they had a B+. It was not until after I purchased my "credit report" for the loan processing, which is typical of lenders' requirements, that I noticed "Accurise," which I searched and found to have the F rating at BBB.

How would I have known beforehand that IMC Capital was Accurise by the BBB? I would not have. Only here on RipOff Report were the two linked wherein I would have known beforehand. It is imperiative that readers know that the rip off claims are valid and they should ignor the company's attempts at covering the fact up with fake excuses like ex-employees or wacko made up customers.

I find it interesting that this company spends time rebutting ripoff reports; but be advised the complaints are not likely from disgruntal employees or made up consumers. People have better stuff to do than write ripoff complaints. Only when they lose money do they get mad enough to spend the time doing so. There are probably much less sites that offer praise reports for companies than ripoff warnings. It is the only was a person who has lost money and cannot recover it even with BBB and FTC complaints.  

Yes, I am a real consumer that was ripped off by bait and switch even if I get a refund. Other people need to know that although every detail of these complaints might not be accurate depending on whose truth it is, but at least they are real people not the unlikely claims their damage control writer is making.

My name is Melissa Scott, Director of Customer Relations at this credit restoration company.  Id like to bring light to the unfounded claims listed in this review.  This review in particular was written by an unregistered user at this forum.

Upon reviewing records of former employees of our company, we found no one with any of these names, leading us to suspect that these are simply unruly tactics by competitors to destroy our companys reputation and unmatched record.  We are disappointed that any company would resort to these methods simply because they dont possess our quality of services and outstanding customer support.

Our sales strategy have never been questioned since we have a very clean and transparent system of credit restoration.  We review everyones case and credit background at $59.95, and custom-quote all members for their credit repair fees.  These fees vary case-by-case since we treat every member with the unique care and attention that any credit repair case needs.  Simply put: We do not treat Accurise cases like factory work.  We aim to give outstanding results, and the countless positive reviews online from past members experiences will absolutely paint a more realistic picture of how Accurise treats its customers and conducts its business.

Lastly, we do not and could never pose or represent any other institution.  The phone numbers our sales department calls from will always trace back to us with a simple Google search.
