Complaint Review: American Credit Educators

ACE Claims I owe them from Eight years ago. Tom Martino where are you? .....

I got a call from A.C.E. they informed me I owe them $300.00 for Materials that I never received. It all started back in 1995 when I lived in Nevada, I got a credit card from a bank that I never heard of, so I cut it up and never activated it.

End of story right. Wrong. Eight years later I get a call from A.C.E. They informed me that I owe $300.00 for some education materials I received from them. I asked them where they sent the materials and how. They told me it was shipped by UPS to my P O box in Nevada. Funny UPS can't ship to PO boxes in Nevada. They also admit that the card was never activated.

They call me at least once a week with out fail asking me when I will pay them. They call me at home or on my cell, They E-mail me.

I asked for proof that I received these Materials, They just change the subject to when are you going to send Money.

Eight years ago? give it up A.C.E.
