Ace Auto Recycler Say one thing and do another and contradicts their own company policy verbally Fort worth TX
Do not buy from these guys, they are dishonest and will verbally contradict there own policies, while their recipe says one thing, they will tell you another. I bought a drive shaft from them which was the only one in the area with a reasonable price.
I called them and asked about the price and was told if I pulled the shaft it was one price and if they had to pull it it would be more , ( understood), then when I do up to pick it up I was told to go find the truck and see if the drive shaft was there.
It was found in a completely different truck laying in the bed, I carried it up front and then was told that it was the larger amount cuz " they had to pull it". Then they free hand the tax on it and told me if it was returned with in 3 days it would exchanged or a refund would be issued.
Day 2 I send my wife to return the shaft and they refuse to refund the money and don't have a shaft to exchange it with so now I am stuck with $119 junk yard drive shaft that I can't use. They display that they video record and when asked was told the record voice inside the office as well, but when asked to pull up footage from purchase, ( because they are denying telling me that they would refund the money) they refuse to pull the camera footage. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!
