I purchased the Cabana Canopy June 2008 over the Internet charging it to my credit card. The canopy arrived 06/25/08. Immediately we assembled the canopy. the second day we noticed small areas which appeared deteriation and the material stitching coming apart. I called the company and was transferred to the service department where I was placed on hold. After approx. 15 minutes a female picked up the phone and I attempted to appraise her of the situation. She advised me to hold on and someone would help me, I was transferred to the wrong department and placed on hold.

I waited another 10 minutes and the phone was disconnected. I called back and was told to hold on before I could speak. Another 10 minute wait and the female asked if she could help me, I started to explain, she abruptly told me she'd transfer me to the service department. Another long wait and the phone disconnected. I called again, the operator took my information, apologized for the inconvenience, telling me I would receive a return call.

Three days later I called again, was told by the operator after taking down my information again I would receive a call. Several days later I called again, this time the operator connected me to a Daniel Ramierz who instructed me to send me photographs of the canopy and they would get back to me. He also gave me his Email address, phone number and extension, telling me after they viewed the photos, he would contact me. Several weeks pass, I send emails, calls receiving only recorded messages, no return emails or return phone calls. From june 2008 to October 2008, I have received no response at all.

This company advertises on the Internet, take your money and does not honor it's warranties or promises to return your calls. I will never do business with this company again. I'm sending the word out to my Fraternal Organization which proudly boasts a membership of more than 308000 members in more than 2100 lodges requesting not one member or lodge nationwide purchase from this company. An unreliable, rip-off company.
