Complaint Review: ace cash express

I am Patrick. i hgad a payday loan in TX that they closed account in oct 2007. it is now march 2012 and i am hgeting cal from thier colllectopn agency that took over the account i forget therre name the  collection agebcy number is 888-341-0581 caling on aces behalf this collector calls me 2 days in a row demanding money.
he gave me some monthly amounts i cannot afford.BUT when i offerd what i can affor=d without jepordizing food for me or my family, rent. elec and so on he would not accept

.there are taking me to court i offered to mnlae payments arangements what i can afford to pay. y]they would not accept this.

also this is opast the texas statue of limitations of 4 years, whewn i told hu]im thise he said he did not care and was going to pusue legal action anyway.

he is harrasing me and will not work with me.i no i may owe the money but dont i have any right as a consumer if past SOL?
 also when i toolk loan i after lost my job and could not fine one at that time for almost a year and had to live with family..

he saiid his name was  Cory and his extention is 1911
