Complaint Review: ACE Cash Services

Your cash advance loan is accepted by a third party website. You are never advised until after to accept the loan that the company charges a total of four additional 75.00 fees on top of your loan and the regular loan fee of 50.00. To me this practice in cash advance services is unethical. They should proactively inform the customer before they submit a request for the loan about these additional fees.

So, I call them and ask how many payments have already been made. The rep could not tell me right away - I have a feeling they don't want to admit to just how much they have actually taken from my account. After pushing and not hanging up, the rep did break down the charges...however, you have to push HARD to get em.

Furthermore, when you contact ACE and request a manager, you are told right away, no one will be available and i would be put in a queue to "maybe" get a call back... I refused to accept this, kept the rep on the phone line and finally I spoke to a man stating he was the owner of the company: Nick. Nick stood firm on the terms of the contract and offered no flexibility what so ever.

How can a company run with such a poor eye to the consumer? These site are build to keep people in hardship, in hardship.
