Complaint Review: Ace Depot

 I ordered Keys for a Royal Cash Register, when it didn't arrive, I called, I was told that it hadnt been shipped, so i asked that they put my money back into my account.  Then, after not being able to locate a company on the internet that had the keys to my Cash Register, i called Ace Depot and asked if they had the keys in stock, the man on the other end said that they did, got my Card information, but kept me on hold delaying, saying that he was going to get me a tracking number, i remembered that on a different call, the same day, i was told by a young lady that Ace Depot don't really have the keys, that they are a re-seller.  The whole time that i'm trying, i didnt' look for any numbers on my Cash Register, until i did, there on the inside was a number for parts, i dialed it, got my keys in about a week.  So, from what i can tell, Ace Depot and its Affiliates are only in the Business of Re-selling, they buy merchandise from a company and re-sell it to us at a higher price. If thats the  case, which certainly was in my situation, what i paid for my Cash Register Keys was sigmificantly lower than the Ace Depot Price.  People, Pray about it, and search the internet, don't get Ripped off by Ace Depot.
