Ace Duct Cleaning, Inc Advance Air Care This is a company that cleans air ducts. I bought a 5 year contract- big mistake. In year 2 they scheduled and didn't show up multiple times. I finally got them to come out. This is year 3 and no one even answers the phone. I left multiple messages and they do not return my calls. this company is a big rip off. I bought a 5 year contract for air duct cleaning in 2011. I called the company in 2012 to schedule my annual appointment. They blew me off several times. I finally got them to come out. I have been trying to get in touch with them since October of 2013 to come out for my 3 year appointment. The scheudle an appointment in October and blew me off. I have called several times and left messages and they have still not gotton back to me and it is now November 26th. This company is a big rip off and I will be calling the Better Business Bureau to report them.
