I wrongly assumed that this was the company that had a commercial on TV here in Jacksonville when I called them to come out a few days ago. That was certainly not the case at all!

The technician came out, guessed what was causing the problem, replaced the breaker (which didn't help), then checked in my well house. When he saw the water pumps, he assumed that one went to the pool and the other to the house, but I related that was not the case. One pulled water from the well to the reservoir and the other from there into the house. He looked at them for a second and didn't find anything wrong there. So then he decided it was a wire coming out of a pipe behind the house. He disconnected the wire after stating that he didn't know what it went to. He just left this unknown wire disconnected! He then left, but said that this should be considered a temporary fix because in his opinion, the wire from the water pumps to the outlet should be replaced with one running directly to a breaker. I told him that the current set up had apparently been in place for many years and that the property owner was reluctant to repair things. So, I assumed that when he said temporary, he meant a few short years or something; after all it has been like that for many years. I paid him a couple hundred dollars and he left. I went to take a shower (finally! after missing work due to a lack of water) and lo and behold, no water again. His repair lasted an hour or so. I thought "no problem" this company guarantees its work. I called him and he said "so, I told you it was a temporary fix". I said, I thought you meant temporary as in years, certainly not an hour!

My son took a look in the well house at that point and discovered a burnt wire into which one of the water pumps was plugged. It had black soot all over it. He replaced it and it fixed the problem.

So, I spoke with the owner. He was quite pleasant and said he would come out and take a look, accompanied by the technician and would also refund my payment. When he didn't come the next day, my daugher-in-law called their office and was given the other partner to speak with. He said that my check had been accidentally deposited and that once it cleared my bank, he would refund it but to never call them again for service.

I would strongly suggest that you think twice before calling this business! I can not imagine a company that doesn't stand behind its work and that is so rude!

Well, it has been almost a week since the check cleared my bank and no sign of the refund as promised. We will see if they keep their promise or if this proves to just be an unethical company
