Ace elite -netspend- Canceled my account for supposedly suspicious activity.and won't refund the 612$ that I loaded on the card on that same day. Nationwide

 On august 31st I cashed and loaded my money onto my ace elite card.went grocery shopping and went home.later tried to use my card and it was declined.upon calling the company.I was told that my account was canceled because of suspicious activity.and that my money would be refunded in 20 days.I'd recently updated my account after moving.they have no record of this and now refuse to send my money.they said that they can only send it to my former address and that I can go contact whom ever now lives at my old address and ask them to give me back my money.why when netspend took it.now I have to involve strangers.I want my money.I am a single mother with 2 disabled children.I work hard I need my funds back.
