Ace,Inc threatens legal action for nonexistant payday loan Internet
Received email from Ace,Inc claiming that legal action was pending with case file:SD5-986562 for a past due amount of $775.45.It claims legal proscution is pending and my SSN will be put on hold.It goes on to threaten further legal action in 48 hours if I fail to respond to this request for payment.
