Complaint Review: Ace Industrial Supply.

Last year i was contacted by Ae Ind. Supply, offering tool for 400+ dollars to my busisness, i placed an oreder as the deal sounded good. Afert a moth or so i recieved a bill for tools that i never recieved. When they had called to see why bill hadnt been paid I informed them i had recieved nothing from them but a bill.

They sent out product again, but at the time the sent that package i had already went to a local retailer and bout the tools they had said they sent due to i needed the tool for my work. When they finally arrived almost 3 months after order i sent them back due to i had already purchased tools to do my work.

Now a year later im receiving calls regarding a bill for over 600 dollars threatening my credit. The representitve wanting money was rude, nasty, and hateful when i explained that i was not paying for tools i didnt receive like i was supposed to, and when the tools finally did arrive months later i had already purchased tools from a local retail store.
