Complaint Review: Ace Industrial Supply

I will never buy from Ace again. 1st off the products are totally misrepresented and 2nd the salesman get their accounts taken by the in house sales group. I have heard many complaints about salesman losing their accounts and the same thing happened to my salesman. Ed Dubsky told me he quit Ace last week because his accounts were passed out to the in house Ace group. I had been buying from Ed for years and was shocked that he told me this. He said he is going back to his old supplier and I will buy from him there. I just hope these Ace bums stop calling me now that they have my number.
