Complaint Review: ACE Limosine Service

Steve from ACE limosine Service was very dishonest about what kind of limo he was going to supply me for a very important occasion. He told me I would be provided a year 2003 Limo and instead a 1997 Limo arrived.

After discussing my concerns with him over the phone I asked him to give me a call and confirm that he was going to make other arrangements for me to be picked up by a year 2003 limo. He didn't supply me with a different limo to pick me up and He never called me back. I haven't heard from him since.
