Ace Plumbing and Rooter its owner is a crook San Francisco California
I usually use Urgent Rooter, but they were busy, so I called Ace and that's when my bad experience with Joe started.
Joe is very disorganize - it has been almost two weeks and i still don't have my half bath toilet fixed. He has been unable to get a part that he has promised for two weeks and the reason he hasn't gotten it is because he said the part guy "was a JERK!!!!" Absolutely no class.
He also charged a lot of hidden fees for things that should have be included. He charged me a flat rate for repairing the toilet, yet later said I would have to pay an extra charge for a second guy to help him move the toilet. Based on what I was charged, I think he's about twice as expensive as everyone else.
