Beware of homes with mold issues, it made my family sick with congestion, asthma, sneezing, running nosed and constant allergies. This condition was not disclosed by Jo-Ann Brown the owner and realtor of ACE REAL ESTATE, LLC, so all I will say is be warned before purchasing any home without having an indenpendent company check for mold and severe moisture in basement. Do not trust any company recommended by owner or real estate broker. Do not take the word of anyone you are not hiring directly. Lesson learned the hard way which I hope others will learn from.
