Complaint Review: Ace Restaurant Supply Reading PA

I found ace restaurant supply on craigslist boston. I was in the process of opening a business and they had equimpent i was interested in. I called them and asked for more details on a 1 door frezzer and also asked for there website to confirm if they were an organiztion(because im aware of c-list scams). They told me it would be 1095.00+300 shipping and the money would have to be wired to there account. Knowing i would have all there account information made me feel safer about the purchase. I wired them the 1395.00% on 11-05-09 and was told i would have my item in 10 days business days. After those 10 days i called them back and asked for a tracking number and they could not provide me with one. I asked how much longer it would be till i get my equipment and they said they dont know and there is no one there that could help me on that situation at the time. I left a message to be called back and never was called back. I called back the next day and asked to speak with a person in charge of returns. They told me all sales are final and can not get my money back(scott) knowing i have not recieved my item. When i ask to speak with the owner i get hung up on. My order was placed on 11-05-09 and todays date is 12-24-09. Still no service and going to press fraud charges against the company.
