I was referred to this company by a neighbor; I wished I had never contacted them. There were major leaks in my home, primarily in the basement. The basement shower and two small areas of pipe needed replacing, the main floor bathtub needed repair; the tile and the shower needed replacing. The drain on the main floor needed replacing. On the outside of my home, the faucets needed replacing.

My house was built in the 30's and has copper plumbing. My agreement with this company was that all leaky plumbing in the basement would be replaced, the shower in the basement replaced, and the tile, drain and faucet/shower on the main floor replaced. I gave Tim $400 down for equipment, the full amount paid was $920. I made the mistake of giving Tim $520 when half of the work was done, trusting that he would complete the work, because of my neighbor's reference. He replaced more piping than necessary, got a good scrap price for the copper and galvanized steel he took out. He never came back. I've contacted him numerous times, the last time he was rude and hung up on me. I have been nothing but polite and patient. I took him to court in October of 2011 and won $495, but neither he nor David will pay the judgement. The leaks in the basement were fixed and the leak drain pipe for the main floor bathroom was replaced, so I didn't ask for all of my money back.  I had to track this company down due to a fake address, they didn't come to court either. They are totally rude, unprofessional drips. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and will only go through Angie's List for any other repairs.

Sell The Judgement

#2Consumer Suggestion

Wed, February 29, 2012

There are companies out there that will purchase your judgement for a percentage of its value, usually about 25%. They will then hound the debtor to kingdom come to get it their money. Give it a shot.
