Complaint Review: Ace Roy's Hardwire

I bought a part for my toilet June 9th. Turned out it would not work on my toilet. So on June 14th I returned it. They would not accept it back because I did not have a telephone number to give them. I presented the unused part and the receipt to no avail. I suggest that anyone needing any home repair type part go to C & H Hardware or one of ther Big Box stores. Ace will not be getting any more of my business. I will also tell my friends and relatives about this experience.
