I ordered cd softwware on 10-26-2013 to be shipped free and have not recieved any CDs for software replacements. I cancelled order thru e-mail and was still charged on back american card 69.99 for cd I have not recieved. I purchased cd replacement from Kinksoft Writer and had loaded for use. They are still trying to charge me thru bank america credit account=69.99. I will not pay for something I never recieved.
