Complaint Review: Ace Technology Online

I bought my copy of Microsoft Office from them . My experience was exactly like everyone else has repoted. It was to be an auto download product. By the time it was all said and done I was on the phone with Microsoft being told that this was a piated blocked copy of the software and that I had gotten ripped off. I tried to call ace technology online only to get a machine that tells you they are to busy to speak to you and hangs up. I attempted emails and no replies to the email I sent about their bunk software but was emailed a 15% off of my next puchase coupon. WTF really? I did use paypal so eventualy I will get my money back I guess. Also on my credit card I noticed the charge was from a company called Expert virtual solutions inc.
