Complaint Review: Ace Technology Online

I tried to purchase Microsoft Office Word home and student 2010 but the transaction didn't appear to go through when I tried to use my Pay Pal account. This company immediately sent me a product key that came up with an error during the middle of it's download and wouldn't complete the download. I tried on multiple occasions to call/email the company with no repsonse. Also haven't heard back from Pay pal regarding canceling any potential credits from this comany. I would strongly discourage any consumer form doing buisiness with Ace Technology Online...I'm just glad that at least I didn't have to pay for this YET!
