On 10/30/2013 I ordered Office 2010 Suite software and paid through PayPal. The activation key is invalid. It is a bogus code. I have called the company and sent e-mails and they do not respond. I havefiled a PayPal dispute resolution, no response. I have requested a refund - no response. I note same experience as reported by JMPMelrose on 10/27/2013. It appears this is not a legitimate company. Will procede with complaints to BBB, local state AG fraud report. Will also report to PayPal - they should not be processing their transactions. Do not, repeat, do not do business with this company, it is fraudlent.
