Complaint Review: Ace Technology online

I was checking prices for Microsoft Office 2013 and this deal popped up next to the price I had found showing the price for $129.99 so I ordered it on line and then I got an e-mail that they were shipping to me a package which I never received just another e-mail how to install the program.   While I was trying to copy and paste it pulled up the same address as they told me to use to install the software and my computer said it was not a safe site and it contained a virus so I stopped right there.  I called my credit card company and they found the entry on my account but under another name besides Ace Technology but the same amount so they cancelled my card and will send me a new one.   They said they will try to get my money back.  I have called and e-mailed Ace several times and they don't answer their phone nor will they return your e-mail with a answer.  Then I found on the internet that they are  a scam and other people have not been able to install office either and the key number they have given them has already been used.
