Ace Technology Online Selling Fake Microsoft Products Dallas Texas
On Wednesday 11-20-2013 I purchased a boxed disk set of Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student edition. Shortly after I received an email confirming shipping of my product, Then another email with a link to a data sharing website with instructions on how to download the product. Also included in the email is an activation key for the Microsoft Office product.
Ace Technology Online's website clearly shows pictures of their products and they are mostly the boxed sets which include the disks and info. Instead they are selling fake and hacked versions of the products. I contacted Microsoft who were happy to confirm that they do not sell products this way before telling me that I should really have bought my product from them directly.
As with other people who have had issues with this company, Nobody answers the phone, Nobody is available for live chat and emails sent to them come back undelivered. I googled their advertised address to find that there is a UPS Store and a Pharmacy at that location. There are several other businesses registered to that address also. Ace Technology Online is not listed. There is an Ace Limo Service but no Ace Technology Online.I did also notice on my paypal receipt that their email address listed with paypal is slightly different so those who wish to contact them might try acetechnologyservicesinc@gmail.com
I paid for my transaction with Paypal and contacted them this morning. They have been very helpful and have created and escalated a case for me against Ace Technology Online so I should have my money back in the next 10 days or so. They are also going to investigate and with a bit of luck stop letting them use paypal.
As soon as the dust clears, I shall be printing out everything I can on Ace Technology online, My transaction, The apprasial on the email with the link and activation code sent to me and the findings of Paypal and forward a copy to Dallas Police and Microsoft.

Thinking I was going to get the box with discs after purchase, I received the following email:
Suspicious, I tried it anyway but during activation it said that the product key was invalid. I emailed them saying so, asking for a refund and then they sent this response:
Figuring I wasn't going to get my money back I tried that with the same results. I have repeatedly emailed them since then and have gotten no responses.
