Ace Wigs ripoff refund practices Camino California
Ordered a wig by check on 4/30/04. Style Tai. Company sent wrong wig. Returned wrong wig to company.
Complained to their Customer Service regarding a refund. Directed me to call their voice message number and leave a voice message. Left many messages, but no returned calls received. Wrote a letter to this company and sent e-mails requesting my refund. No responses.
After many complaints via e-mail,company replied via e-mails regarding my request for a refund. Excuses were: shipment mishap, will credit my Visa account (which I do not have), will send a check immediately. To date no refund yet. Be very careful of the wig you order from this compny, they just might send you a totally different style they have in stock and want to get rid of.
